How our hiring process looks like
The process shown here is mostly for developer roles. Other positions may have a slightly different flow, but the overall idea is the same.
Application
Send us your CV and any links/portfolio that show your craft. We review every application carefully and always get back to you - whatever the outcome.
Discovery Call
This is a mutual short 30 minutes check-in - we want to understand your expectations and share ours. We’ll talk in Polish and also assess your English.
Task
A short, focused task based on the kind of work we actually do. 2–3 hours, with clear instructions. We respect your time.
Tech Call
A deep dive into how you think and solve problems. You’ll chat with Kuba or Tom (our Engineering Managers) - no trick questions, just real talk about tech and delivery.
Offer
If it’s a match, we’ll schedule a short call (20–30 min) to go over the details and next steps. If we don’t move forward, we’ll do our best to give you thoughtful feedback.
